Additional Questions

  1. What information would be useful to you?
    • It always helps if you can be elaborative, clear and descriptive while communicating your requirements. It will help us slice your template the way you want it and faster. Ensure that you include the following:
    • Source: Ensure that you send us the source file of your template, preferably in PSD (Photoshop).
    • Fonts: Do not forget to send the font files if your project uses custom fonts.
    • Rollovers: Your website may have rollovers on certain elements such as the navigation or main links in your content; include their states with required attributes such as colors or images.
    • Others: Any additional documents that help us know what you need, including screenshots. For example, you may want one content box to have a fixed height, but if there's more content the height will auto-expand and not truncate.
  2. My site has custom effects, is this included in the price and how do I send you this information?
    • Please note that HTML text cannot be displayed with any visual effects (e.g. shadows, gradients on the font). We use images to lend such effects. If you have visual effects in the designs that you provide to us, please specify the details such as which elements should be made using images.
