Quality Assurance

The very characteristic of a design team is to focus on quality and not quantity. We have strict quality adherence guidelines that guide us to deliver the best quality stuff, consistently. Our quality policy assures that:

  • The markup looks exactly the same as the original design.
  • CSS classes and images are intuitively named corresponding to their sense/content.
  • The code is correctly indented corresponding to nesting level of each element.
  • Optionally, the code can be separated into templates represented by logical parts (files), such as navigation, content, header, footer, and so on.
  • We follow best industry practices to create clean and indented code with proper commenting wherever required.

Money-Back Policy

We guarantee to issue a refund in following scenarios.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

  • We never use partial or complete information of our clients, for commercial purpose; nor do we share or sell it to any third parties. We assure you that we maintain complete secrecy of your private information.
  • We claim no rights over design mockups that our clients provide. All such rights remain with the client throughout the design process and after the deal is closed, and the project is signed off.
  • We respect your professional artwork and will only use it only to assist you in your goals. We will not take your artwork for use on any other site, resell it, or give it to anyone under any circumstances, and for any reason.
  • We guarantee that all information including artwork, contact information, client notes that we share across remains confidential.
  • We will never contact your clients or clients of your clients; we do respect your business.

Disclosure of information

There may be certain factors where we are not responsible for any leakage of your private information from our side. We may be legally required to disclose information to the government under certain circumstances; to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety. However any such incident or situation would be communicated to you, at the earliest possible time in such a situation.

Information about customers that is maintained on our systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on, or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure.   • Information about order/request of service/support/product, technical information in any form, print/paper/electronic/media, as the case may be.
  • Information related to orders; these may include specifications document, requirements document, depending on the client or the project.

The Way We Use Information

Whatever information of our clients that we have, we use that purely for our business purpose that helps us provide required services. At no stage, we need to share this information with somebody where it is not in the interest of owner of information.

  • We use email addresses to notify you about your order status, and for any communication that is required in the interest of project. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
  • We use non-identifying and aggregate information to improve our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Your feedback is important to us.
  • We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about relevant items of your interest. This will be based on your feedback and what kind of information you want us to send you. We may also send you emails if we offer any additional services in future, or special discounts on bulk order, and so on.
